The National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC) would like to thank Dr Katharine Giles for her significant contribution to the NRFC Board. Dr Giles recently advised the Board of her decision to step down from her role as a Non-Executive Director due to her many other work commitments.
As an inaugural member of the NRFC Board, Dr Giles brought valuable expertise as a director and as a medical science specialist.
The Corporation wishes to acknowledge and thank Dr Giles for her contribution during her time on the Board.
Decisions on the appointment of a replacement director will be made in accordance with the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation Act 2023.
